For Windows XP, Windows Firewall comes in Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) package.

To enable/disable Windows Firewall;

Start - Control Panel - Windows Firewall

(NOTE: If the Windows Firewall icon is not found here, most probably your system is yet updated with SP2)
